CDP (Climate Change and Water Security)

The Hagiwara Electric Group received a "B" score in the field of climate change and a "B" score in the field of water security in the evaluation results of the FY2025 CDP questionnaire, the international environmental NGO.
CDP is an international non-profit organization headquartered in London, England. CDP requires companies and local governments to disclose information on climate change and other environmental issues, and conducts analysis and evaluation.

2026 Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health

Three MIRAINI Group companies—Hagiwara Electric Holdings Co., Ltd., Hagiwara Electronics Co., Ltd., and Hagiwara Techno Solutions Co., Ltd.—have been recognized as an Excellent Health Management Corporation (Large Corporation Category) jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council.

The Excellent Health Management Corporations recognition system honors corporations that practice particularly excellent health management, based on initiatives that address local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council. Compared to the previous year, this year's recognition has particularly improved in the areas of "prevention of serious illness among people at high risk of diseases such as lifestyle-related diseases" and "promotion of communication among employees."

Going forward, we will continue to support the creation of an environment where employees can work in a healthy and lively manner.

DBJ Health Management Rating

Hagiwara Electric Holdings' health management was evaluated by the DBJ Health Management Rating 2022.
Our company was evaluated for: (1) setting numerical targets for disease prevention and lifestyle improvement; (2) implementing measures to improve productivity to correct overwork and prevent mental health disorders throughout the company, such as implementing position-specific care training and interviews with in-house health nurses, and establishing the Business DX Promotion Project; and (3) conducting surveys on employee engagement and work engagement and conducting internal exchange events.

World’s Best Companies - Sustainable Growth 2026

The Hagiwara Electric Group was ranked 145th globally in "World's Best Companies in Sustainable Growth 2026," a ranking jointly compiled and published by TIME and Statista. The "World's Best Companies in Sustainable Growth 2026" ranking evaluates approximately 4,000 companies worldwide that publicly disclose environmental data, based on three key criteria: revenue growth, financial stability, and environmental impact. The top 500 companies are recognized in the final ranking. The Hagiwara Electric Group achieved an overall score of 85.35 points, earning recognition from Statista's analysts for its solid growth, strong financial stability, and outstanding environmental performance.

Participation in International Initiatives

Support for the TCFD Recommendations and Participation in the “GX Future Consortium"

In March 2023, we expressed our support for the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and have since provided climate-related disclosures in accordance with the TCFD recommendations. In April 2023, we also joined the TCFD Consortium, a forum for discussion among supporting companies and financial institutions. Since April 2026, MIRAINI Holdings has participated in the GX Future Consortium, the successor organization to the TCFD Consortium, with the aim of enhancing its knowledge of GX and gathering relevant information.
