The Hagiwara Electric Group received a "B" score in the field of climate change and a "B" score in the field of water security in the evaluation results of the FY2024 CDP questionnaire, the international environmental NGO.
CDP is an international non-profit organization headquartered in London, England. CDP requires companies and local governments to disclose information on climate change and other environmental issues, and conducts analysis and evaluation.

For the third consecutive year, the Hagiwara Electric Group has been recognized as an Excellent Health Management Corporation (Large Corporation Category) jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council.
The Excellent Health Management Corporations recognition system honors corporations that practice particularly excellent health management, based on initiatives that address local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council.
Compared to the previous year, this year's recognition has particularly improved in the areas of "prevention of serious illness among people at high risk of diseases such as lifestyle-related diseases" and "promotion of communication among employees."
Going forward, we will continue to support the creation of an environment where employees can work in a healthy and lively manner.
Hagiwara Electric Holdings' health management was evaluated by the DBJ Health Management Rating 2022.
Our company was evaluated for: (1) setting numerical targets for disease prevention and lifestyle improvement; (2) implementing measures to improve productivity to correct overwork and prevent mental health disorders throughout the company, such as implementing position-specific care training and interviews with in-house health nurses, and establishing the Business DX Promotion Project; and (3) conducting surveys on employee engagement and work engagement and conducting internal exchange events.
In March 2023, the Hagiwara Electric Group expressed support for the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) recommendations and has been disclosing information based on the TCFD recommendations. In April 2023, we joined the TCFD Consortium, a forum for discussion among companies and financial institutions that support the TCFD recommendations.
