Since our foundation in 1948 as an electronics company fulfilling both manufacturing and commercial functions, Hagiwara Electric has always taken the customer’s perspective. The company strives to provide products, manufactured goods and services that increase the functionality and lower the costs for our customers' products, while also improving operational efficiency across the board, including development, production and administration operations. We have expanded our activities into three business areas: our Development and Production, Solutions, and Electronic Devices branches.

Since the start of the new millennium, electronics have made new communication and information sharing/exchanging a reality coupled with a dramatic leap in IT (information technology) and networking technology (communication technology). Major advancements and development have also taken place in fields including production, logistics, transportation, medical, and education. Electronics have triggered vast changes in the automotive and housing industries, and we expect many more technological revolutions in other industries still to come.
